Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and input daily operational data related to fleet quality.
  • Cleanse and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Tabulate and summarize data for reporting and decision-making needs.
  • Collaborate with the Fleet Quality team to provide insights and support operational improvement.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum D3 degree, preferably in Information Systems or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in fleet operations, automotive, or logistics administration (e.g., car rental, public transport, or logistics company).
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel, Google Workspace, and data management tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Apps Script and MySQL is a plus.
  • Intermediate English communication skills.
