Key Responsibilities

  • School Ambassador: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective parents, providing detailed information about the school's vision, mission, curriculum, facilities, and fee structure across all communication channels.
  • School Tours: Conduct personalized campus tours, highlighting the school's unique strengths and environment.
  • Parental Guidance: Consult with and guide prospective parents to help them make informed decisions regarding their child's education.
  • Lead Management: Diligently follow up with prospective parents and students to manage the enrollment pipeline.
  • Admissions Processing: Ensure all admission procedures are implemented effectively and coordinate entrance test schedules with the academic team.
  • Results Coordination: Communicate entrance test results and manage follow-ups for re-tests or waiting lists.
  • Event Support: Assist in the preparation and execution of Open House programs, school events, and student sharing sessions.
  • Outreach: Proactively communication with parents about school's event/activity/news information through various media.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong intercultural communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Administrative Skills: Highly organized with strong administrative capabilities.
  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, creative, and highly initiative.
  • Personality: Friendly, honest, and possessing a strong "spirit of service."
  • Teamwork: Enthusiastic team player capable of working in a collaborative environment.
  • Domicile: Denpasar - Bali
