As an Offline Marketing Specialist for an education and training center, you will be a part of the marketing team responsible for formulating and executing offline marketing strategies to attract new students and enhance the center's visibility. You will establish close relationships with students, parents, school partners, and the community to drive the school's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Plans: Assist in developing and executing the center's offline marketing plans, including events, lectures, exhibitions, and partnership activities.
  • School Representative: Represent the center at various offline events, establish connections with potential students and parents, provide information, and answer inquiries.
  • Partnership Relationships: Identify and build partnerships with community organizations, schools, and other potential collaborators to boost the center's visibility and enrollment.
  • Event Planning: Plan and organize offline events for the center, including open days, lectures, and enrollment activities.
  • Data Collection: Gather and maintain data on potential students and marketing activities for analysis and strategy improvement.
  • Student Guidance: Communicate with potential students and parents, providing information on courses, admission processes, and the center's features.
  • Competitive Research: Research the marketing strategies and best practices of competing centers and provide feedback and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Holds a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with preference given to marketing, education management, or related disciplines.
  • Has at least 2 years of relevant offline marketing experience, with a preference for experience in the education/EdTech sector, or experience in conducting school visits/outreach activities.
  • Communicate well in English (English will be the preferred office language).
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Good in communication, presentation, negotiation, and has strong event planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and resources effectively.
  • Has strong data analysis skills, enabling the use of market data for decision-making and strategy improvement.
  • Has strong self-motivation and self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and achieve objectives.
  • Has enthusiasm for the education and training field, understands the school's educational philosophy and values.
