About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
IT Business Analyst
to bridge business needs and technical solutions across LinkIT's growing portfolio of digital and enterprise projects.

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams — including product owners, developers, QA, and business users — to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable documentation and ensure successful system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical documentation (BRD, FSD, process flow diagrams).
  • Coordinate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide insights for system improvements and optimization.
  • Ensure all documentation and workflows adhere to SDLC and Agile methodology standards.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for process enhancement and digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital projects.
  • Experience in PPOB, payment systems, or digital transaction platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology.
  • Proficient in documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, , etc.).
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written) — this is a must.
  • Knowledge of SQL or API integration is a plus.
