You'll join a dynamic team building cutting-edge tax tech solutions for Indonesian enterprises and helping clients achieve compliance, efficiency, and scalability.

Role Overview:

As a System Analyst at , you'll play a pivotal role bridging business and technical teams. You'll understand the needs of our clients and translate those into robust system designs and requirements for our SaaS platform. You'll ensure our solutions align with regulatory requirements, technical feasibility, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders (product, business, client success, engineering) to gather and analyse business requirements and translate into functional & non-functional specifications.
• Define system architecture components, integration points (e.g., APIs with DJP, ERP, etc), data flows, performance and scalability benchmarks.
• Create design artefacts: process flows, use cases, system diagrams (e.g., UML), data models, interface specifications.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are feasible, clear, and executable; support during development, testing and deployment phases.
• Ensure system solutions meet criteria around availability, scalability, performance, security (especially given the sensitive tax data handle by ).
• Champion best practices: SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks. Facilitate sprints together with engineering + product team (grooming, sprint planning, daily standup, review)
• Validate delivered solutions against specifications: liaise with QA, review test plans, perform UAT and post-deployment reviews.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement (efficiency, reliability, user experience).
• Stay updated with tax regulation changes (DJP) and ensure system adapts accordingly; collaborate with product/regulatory teams to implement changes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-4 years (or more, depending on level) of experience in a System Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Manager with strong technical orientation, or similar role — ideally in SaaS/enterprise software environment.
• Proven experience in software development lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment.
• Comfortable writing SQL queries to validate data, perform analysis, and support debugging (PostgreSQL / SQL Server preferred)
• Experience working with integration projects (APIs, H2H, multi-system communications) and large scale systems.
• Strong analytical skills — ability to decipher business needs and map them into technical deliverables.
• Solid experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, UML/ER diagrams.
• Good knowledge of system architecture, data modelling, software deployment, scalability concerns.
• Excellent communication skills — able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
