The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and IT solutions, ensuring efficient system design and implementation to support financial products, customer interactions, and operational processes. This role is critical in enabling seamless technology-driven finance operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 2 - 4 year as System Analyst or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks workflows, including loan processing, payment schedules, and credit scoring.
  • Proficiency in system design tools (e.g., UML, ERD, BPMN).
  • Familiarity with software platforms like Oracle Financial Services, SAP, or custom-built multifinance systems.
  • Experience with integration tools (e.g., API, middleware).
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities tailored to financial data processing.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise between finance and IT teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units to identify and document requirements for loan management systems, customer portals, and payment platforms.
  • Analyze current financial systems to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Design workflows and architecture tailored to system operations such as loan disbursement, repayment tracking, and credit scoring.
  • Create detailed technical and functional specifications for IT teams.
  • Oversee the development and integration of new system modules with existing platforms like ERP or CRM.
  • Develop test plans for financial transaction flows, including interest calculations, payment gateways, and loan lifecycle management.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for system requirements, workflows, and technical configurations.
  • Ensure systems comply with regulations and data security standards.
