The Content & Creative team is the creative powerhouse within our Integrated Marketing Services & Strategy function, operating as APAC's internal content agency and digital media network rolled into one. We command Warner Music's owned and operated ecosystem across the region - unbranded channels that reach millions of fans while generating significant monetization - while simultaneously functioning as the creative engine that fuels every major campaign with culturally-resonant content. Our decentralized team of scaled creative specialists across Japan, Korea, Greater China, Philippines, and Indonesia doesn't just create content; we architect visual narratives that break through Asia's saturated digital landscape, testing organic content strategies that inform our paid campaigns while building fan communities that become self-sustaining marketing platforms.

As the intersection of creativity and strategy, we're Warner's secret weapon for cracking Asia's diverse cultural codes. Our team produces everything from viral TikTok formats to premium YouTube content, from localized artist storytelling to market-specific social assets that our domestic teams rely on to break their artists. This is your gateway into the heart of Warner Music's content operations, where you'll be the operational backbone keeping millions of fans engaged across APAC's owned channels. Based in Jakarta - Southeast Asia's largest market and digital trendsetter - you'll coordinate content strategy and workflows across our decentralized creative teams in Japan, Korea, Greater China, and the Philippines, gaining unparalleled exposure to how global music content strategies come to life across diverse markets. You'll be hands-on with channels that generate millions of views monthly, learning the algorithms and optimization strategies that turn content into cultural movements while managing the publishing cadence that keeps our audiences coming back.

Working directly with the Director of Content & Creative, you'll have a front-row seat to high-level strategy discussions while building expertise in platform management, content optimization, and multi-market coordination. This role offers rare visibility into both the creative and commercial sides of digital content - from understanding what makes content viral in different APAC markets to seeing how channel monetization drives revenue.

What you'll do:

  • Content Strategy & Management:
    Assist the Director in ensuring cohesive narratives across content and the daily management and scheduling of content for Artists, Advertising and Owned Channels.
  • Production & Execution:
    Manage the video production process from concept to delivery, and leverage your
    senior video editing skills
    to step in and execute edits or revisions as needed, ensuring fast turnaround times.
  • Workflow Optimisation:
    Manage the content workflow for the Creative team, ensuring timely delivery of assets and adherence to content calendars.
  • Quality Control:
    Serve as the technical expert and final Quality Control point for all video deliverables, utilising your post-production experience to provide precise, actionable feedback and mentorship to the editing team.
  • Creative Contribution:
    Contribute creative ideas for content strategy and channel growth, drawing on an understanding of platform best practices and emerging trends.
  • Content Publishing:
    Upload, schedule, and publish content across designated channels, ensuring all metadata, captions, and tags are optimized for discoverability.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Monitor channel performance metrics and assist in generating reports on audience engagement, reach, revenue and other key KPIs.
  • Content Compliance:
    Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., A&R, marketing, legal) and platform guidelines to ensure all content is compliant and aligned with company objectives.
  • Asset Organization:
    Maintain an organized system for content assets, channel login credentials, and operational documents.
  • Cross-Promotion:
    Identify opportunities for content repurposing and cross-promotion across different platforms.

About you:

  • Social Media Savvy:
    You have proven experience in social media management, particularly with YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Video Production Expertise:
    You are an experienced video producer with hands-on background with end-to-end video production, with specialization in Social Media post-production and a keen eye for technical quality. You're ready to not only manage projects but also act as the final Quality Control gatekeeper for all video deliverables.
  • Highly Organized:
    You possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent Communicator:
    Proficient in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia), you have excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders across regions.
  • Creative Thinker:
    You have a proactive and creative mindset with an understanding of digital content trends and audience engagement.
  • Tech-Literate:
    You have a basic understanding of content management systems and digital asset management. Experience coordinating workflows is a plus.
  • Network of Video Production teams around APAC is a plus.

This position requires a minimum of four days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration and believe it's essential for talent development and fostering strong working relationships
