Qualification
  • Minimum of 1–2 years experience in client servicing, sales, or project coordination, preferably in architecture, design, construction, or landscaping fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to multitask and manage several client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace; familiarity with design or project management tools is a plus (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Trello).
  • Detail-oriented with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible as the main point of contact between the company and clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (design, quotation, and project) to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Prepare proposals, project quotations, and client presentations.
  • Manage project timelines and client expectations throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate client records, documents, and reports.
  • Follow up with clients on project progress, outstanding payments, and feedback.
  • Participate in project site visits or meetings, as needed.
