Be the go-to for turning shop-floor problems into FlexSim studies and practical fixes. Split time between the line and your desk to gather data, build models, and test scenarios for layout, staffing, and schedules. Present clear recommendations and help turn approved changes into standard work and operator training.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain FlexSim models for lines, cells, and material flow
  • Run scenarios to test layout, staffing, and scheduling options
  • Collect data on cycle time, yield, and downtime to validate models
  • Help map workflows and propose improvements backed by simulation results
  • Prepare standard work and basic work instructions
  • Support problem solving with 5 Whys and Pareto
  • Keep clear reports and present findings to the team

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or similar)
  • Hands-on FlexSim skills: basic model building, process flow objects, experiments, and simple dashboards
  • Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Basic Lean knowledge (waste, 5S)
  • Able to read simple technical drawings
  • Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
  • Curious, practical, and willing to learn on the shop floor

Nice to have

  • Internship, lab, or project experience in manufacturing or operations
  • Basic statistics or Minitab/JMP exposure
  • CAD basics for layout updates
  • SQL or Python basics for data cleaning

Job Types: Temporary, Contract, Internship
