You will be responsible for overseeing and leading various projects related to the development, production, and marketing of beauty and skincare products. They work closely with cross-functional teams, including research and development, supply chain, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful project execution.


Job responsibilities:


Developing a comprehensive project plan: This includes outlining the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Strategizing and implementing marketing plans to create brand awareness, drive demand, and ultimately achieve sales goals for the new / existing products

Creating a project team: Identifying the necessary team members and their roles within the project.

Managing project resources: Allocating and managing the necessary resources, such as budget, equipment, and materials, to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitoring project progress: Tracking the progress of the project against the established plan, identifying any issues or risks, and making adjustments as needed.

Conducting risk assessments: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.

Communicating with stakeholders: Keeping all relevant stakeholders informed about the project's progress, milestones, and any issues or changes.

Conducting post-project evaluations: Assessing the success of the project, identifying lessons learned, and implementing improvements for future projects.

Job Location : Jakarta or Bandung (WFO)

Job Requirements:


Proven prior experience in brand management or product management, preferably within the beauty or skincare product/ industry.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and higher level management.

Problem-solving and analytical skills to assess risks, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.

Knowledge of product development processes, market trends, and consumer preferences.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Experienced in developing brand from 0 to 1 is highly desirable
