We're looking for a candidate to ensure the smooth operation of the school's IT systems and infrastructure, and to support daily administrative and general affairs activities related to facilities, assets, and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities :

IT Infrastructure & Maintenance :

  • Maintain and ensure all school IT equipment (Computers, Printers, Projectors, Network Devices, etc.) function properly
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/MacOs), and application software
  • Manage and monitor the school's network systems, Wi-Fi, Server Operations, and Peripheral Device
  • Able to configure all building technologies (Eg., Wi-Fi and CCTV) and provide IT Support for sound systems
  • Manage and secure school data, ensuring confidentiality and integrity
  • Perform regular data backups and system updates

General Affairs :

  • Monitor the condition and readiness of school facilities (classrooms, offices, laboratories, etc.)
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvements of school buildings and equipment by coordinating with vendors
  • Support during school events
  • Support all logistical school needs

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in IT Support and General Administration (experience in school/education setting is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, troubleshooting and building (W-Fi, CCTV, Lift)
  • Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • High level of responsibility, initiative, and integrity
  • Can work independently
  • Fluent in English Language
  • Having a Responsible to Life attitude
