About the Project:

We are seeking a talented Ad Specialist to scale customer acquisition for a high-value educational product in the Artificial Intelligence & Digital Skills market.

We help freelancers and creatives modernize their skill sets by mastering the latest AI tools. We have a solid foundation: a validated offer, a working funnel, and satisfied customers. We are now ready to increase our ad spend and need an expert to manage cold traffic campaigns on Meta and YouTube.

Note: The specific curriculum details and brand identity will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

The Role:

You will be the primary media buyer responsible for our paid acquisition strategy. We need someone who treats the ad budget like their own money—optimizing for profitability and scale across Facebook/Instagram and Google (YouTube).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Platform Strategy: Develop a unified strategy where Meta and YouTube work together (e.g., using YouTube for high-intent capture and Meta for retargeting).
  • Meta Ads: execute conversion-focused campaigns targeting professionals in the tech/creative space.
  • YouTube Ads: Manage In-Stream video campaigns. You must be able to identify the right channels and keywords to place our ads in front of learners with high intent.
  • Creative Briefs: You will provide the "blueprint" for our ad creatives. You need to write the hooks and scripts that explain the value of AI tools to a non-technical audience.
  • Data Accuracy: Manage pixel tracking, events, and attribution settings to ensure we are making decisions based on real data.
  • Weekly Optimization: rigorous testing of audiences and creatives, with weekly reporting on CPA, ROAS, and scaling opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years Experience: Professional experience managing paid social and video ads.
  • Info-Product Pro: You MUST have a portfolio demonstrating success with Digital Courses, Education, or Coaching programs. We are not looking for generalists; we need deep funnel expertise.
  • YouTube Specialist: You have specific experience with YouTube Video campaigns (not just Google Search).
  • AI/Tech Knowledge: You are up-to-date with the generative AI boom (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Automation) and understand the market demand for these skills.
  • Results-Oriented: You focus on the bottom line. You understand the difference between a "cheap click" and a "qualified lead."
