We are a growing villa property management company in Bali looking for a sales-driven professional to source villas and close management contracts with property owners.

This is a commercial / sales role. It is not an administrative or marketing position

Responsibilities

  • Actively source villas for short-term and long-term management

  • Contact, negotiate, and close agreements with villa owners and investors

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners

  • Manage leads, contracts, and follow-ups using CRM and Office tools

  • Work independently and manage your own sales pipeline

Requirements (IMPORTANT)

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or property acquisition

  • Existing network in Bali or strong ability to generate leads independently

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

  • Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Office tools

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-oriented

Compensation

  • Base salary up to IDR 8,000,000 (depending on experience)

  • Performance-based commission per signed villa

  • High earning potential for strong closers
