We are looking for a dynamic **Recruiter Specialist** to join our team and support our growing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job ads.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position Intanah Group as an employer of choice.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in hospitality or creative industries.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Project-based mindset with a commitment to achieving results within a 1-year contract period.
- Based in Bali is preferred
