Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze profit and cost performance at the branch level.

  • Ensure operational expenses stay within the approved budget.

  • Evaluate the profitability and ROI of initiatives or promotional programs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and track cost-saving initiatives.

  • Monitor sales and operational performance using spreadsheets and dashboards.

  • Identify trends, variances, and issues that impact financial performance.

  • Support data-driven performance tracking using tools such as SQL, Looker Studio, or Tableau.

  • Manage and allocate monthly performance-based bonuses for the operations team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in cost management, operations, business analysis, or financial planning.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field, with a GPA of 3.5 or above.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data automation preferred.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, or Tableau is an advantage.

  • Interest or basic understanding of the beauty and aesthetics industry is a plus.
