Description
Menciptakan permintaan pasar (create demand) atas produk-produk Djembatan Dua di area yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya dengan melakukan aktivitas marketing ke customer/user seperti market survey, prospecting, targeting, detailing, round table discussion (RTD), trial dan demo alat/produk serta menjalin hubungan baik dengan relasi (Dokter, Analis, Paramedic, Direktur Lab, Direktur RS) guna mendukung tercapainya target penjualan dari bisnis.

Responsibilities
1. Memastikan tersedianya update data base relasi/customer/user. 2. Memastikan peluang-peluang / potensi customer/user, perkembangan produk melalui market survey / customer analysis. 3. Mencari informasi terkait competitor, relasi/user dan informasi pasar lainnya (competitor Intelligence). 4. Menentukan target customer yang merupakan sumber pertumbuhan berdasarkan data potensi market dan cara melakukan cover terhadap target customer tersebut. 5. Melakukan aktifitas marketing, detailing, promosi, presentasi product based product knowledge. 6. Memastikan terciptanya pertumbuhan sales, product baru yang semakin bertambah pada customer / user (add on product) dan memastikan penambahan jumlah new customer / akuisisi. 7. Memastikan terciptanya peluang pertumbuhan atas relasi beli. 8. Menjaga relasi yang baik dan saling menguntungkan dengan relasi. 9. Melakukan koordinasi dan hubungan baik dengan principal.

Qualifications
Experience - tenure & position & field: 1 tahun sebagai marketing di perusahaan farmasi dan alkes Physical requirements (if any): Sehat & Proporsional Travel frequency - per month/year & destination: Daerah luar kota cabang ybs
