Job Summary: The Sales Planning (Senior Level) will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by optimizing processes, managing CRM systems, and providing insightful analytics. This position is essential for improving sales efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales order and contract processing: Customer orders processing, production scheduling, till delivery to customer site.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline and standardize sales processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Sales Analytics: Generate and analyze sales reports to provide actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
  • Forecasting: Assist in developing and managing sales forecasts.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and support sales training programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with production, marketing, finance, and other departments to support sales initiatives.
  • S&OP function: Demand and supply optimization.
  • Business plan: Formulate quarterly and annual business plan, ensure plan is executed or adjust optimally.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication in Mandarin is a must and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
