Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the
Medan
for a
Key Account Supervisor
. The Key Account Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include managing account activities, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments to meet business objectives.

Job Description:

  • Achieve sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Execute area development programs based on market potential.
  • Review and monitor promotional programs within the assigned area.
  • Prepare and present regular market analysis reports.
  • Supervise and coordinate with area distributors to ensure optimal sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    Diploma (D3)
    degree from any related field.
  • At least
    2 years of experience
    as a Sales Supervisor in the
    FMCG industry
    .
  • Possesses strong networking and good relationships with
    NKA (National Key Account) buyers
    .
  • Proficiency in Hokkien
    is preferred for effective communication with local customers.
  • Experienced in handling
    Modern Trade channels
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Target-oriented, budget-conscious, independent, and has strong leadership qualities.
  • Willing to be assigned or relocated to other areas as required by the company.
  • Holds a valid
    SIM A and SIM C (driving license)
    .
