  2. EXIM STAFF (1 candidate)

Qualification :

  • Fluency and be able to communicate in MANDARIN. ( 1 & 2 )
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in EXIM or logistics operations, preferably within the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industry. ( 2 )
  • Have a valid car driver license SIM A. ( 1 )
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation. ( 2 )
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. ( 2 )
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. ( 2 )
  • Familiarity with relevant software and IT systems used in international trade and logistics management. ( 2 )
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. ( 2 )

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinating and processing all import and export documentation, including customs declarations, bills of lading, and other shipping documents.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders, such as freight forwarders, customs authorities, and suppliers, to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods.
  • Monitoring and analysing import and export data, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant trade regulations, including tariffs, trade agreements, and export controls.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of export and import strategies to support the company's business objectives.
  • Providing customer support and responding to inquiries related to international trade operations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics and enhance the overall customer experience.
