Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell membership packages, personal training, classes, and club services
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities including corporate partnerships and group memberships
  • Handle walk-in enquiries, leads, calls, WhatsApp messages, and online enquiries
  • Conduct membership tours and provide excellent product knowledge to potential clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and referrals
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Participate in events, outreach activities, and community engagement to increase brand exposure
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, hospitality, or fitness industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Sales-driven, energetic, and target-oriented
  • Comfortable working with leads, CRM tools, and digital communication channels
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays as needed
  • Passion for fitness, sports, or wellness is a strong advantage
