Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 
Legal Corporate
, located in Yogyakarta. The Legal Corporate professional will be responsible for protecting the company's legal interests, ensuring business operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and managing corporate legal documentation. Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, handling business permits and regulatory filings, managing legal risks, providing legal opinions to management, and supporting corporate governance. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance across all departments and business activities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and business regulations
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
• Understanding of business licensing, compliance processes, and company legal administration
• Ability to conduct legal research and provide clear written and verbal legal advice
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Advocate license (PERADI) is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
