I'm on the lookout for a fun, detail-oriented, and trend-loving Digital Marketing and Creative Assistant to join my team If you're someone with exceptional English, a knack for time management, and a passion for content creation - this might be your dream gig. You'll love working independently (no micromanaging here) and have the freedom to bring your creativity to life.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest - whatever's trending)
  • Filming and editing fun, eye-catching content for Instagram & TikTok
  • Scheduling posts and engaging with our community online
  • Staying on top of the latest social media trends, hashtags, and viral content
  • Helping with basic online editing + hosting programs (don't worry, we'll teach you the ropes)
  • Creating visually appealing content using Canva, basic video editing tools, and more
  • Collaborating on digital marketing projects, email newsletters, and promotions
  • Assisting with website updates and basic SEO support
  • Supporting app development projects - uploading and updating content, testing new features, and providing feedback to improve user experience
  • Supporting in day-to-day admin tasks — organising, scheduling, and staying on top of things

  • Exceptional English skills (both written and verbal)
  • Amazing communication and the ability to work well with little direction
  • Excellent Canva skills, digital websites + management
  • Top-notch time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat

  • A can-do attitude, always happy to learn new tools and software
  • Enthusiasm for creating content that's on-brand, fun, and engaging

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Some days, you might be taking content at the beach (sunshine + work = bliss)
  • Other days, you'll be co-working with me, Phoebe, at a café (hello, coffee vibes)
  • Freedom to work independently from wherever suits you best
  • Occasional shopping for outfits or props for a photoshoot (yes, you get to shop)
  • Opportunities for travel and attending events that align with our brand

  • Have experience with video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Rush, or similar
  • Know your way around email marketing platforms (e.g., Flodesk, Kajabi) or online scheduling tools
  • Love working with ChatGPT and other AI platforms to help with writing
  • Know how to take one piece of content and turn it into multiple pieces of content for each platform
  • Enjoy working in a laid-back, supportive environment where you can thrive independently
  • Are based in Bali and can attend weekly meet-ups, retreats and events
