Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk activities, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to speak English confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, document handling, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for visitor arrangements or meeting preparations.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence.
  • Provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
  • Support daily office operations as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service role (preferred).
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (both spoken and written).
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
