As a Dimsum Sous Chef we rely on you to:

Ensures that food quality and standards are maintained at all times when preparing for restaurant and banquet functionsTo maintain high standard of all food preparation and hygiene in Chinese Kitchen & BanquetDevelop new product & trendsEnsuring Guest delight & able to mingling with guestTo ensure consistency in the food quality, taste and presentationConsistently prepare culinary items according to established recipes and demonstrate thorough knowledge of food preparation, presentation and service techniquesMaintain cleanliness of all kitchen and prep areas, strict adherence to Food Safe, HACCP programs and professional grooming/personal hygiene standardsEnsure compliance to all hotel policies, standards and core practices.

We are looking for someone who :

Has at least 3 years experience in similar capacity or an International chain HotelPhysically fit, neat and well-groomedAble to communicate in English and BahasaCreativity with new products & update in global trends, Eye attention to detailsStrong Interpersonal skills & self motivatedPleasant personality, integrity & positive attitudeAble to work under pressure & willing to work flexible hoursGood team work, work ethics & integrityPreferably has knowledge of Integrated Management System (ISO 14001:2004-Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 22000:2005 - Food Safety Management System)
