What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to identify and address any quality issues
  2. Documenting and reporting on quality control processes, findings, and recommendations for improvement
  3. Collaborating with production teams to implement quality control measures and resolve any quality-related problems
  4. Maintaining accurate records and data to support quality assurance efforts
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality control
  6. Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures
  7. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of our products and processes

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing or food processing industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
  3. Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control, inspection protocols, and root cause analysis
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  6. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Management, Engineering, or Food Science
  7. Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO, HACCP) and relevant industry regulations
