As we expand our presence across Southeast Asia, we're looking for a Social Media Manager who can bring our mission to life across every platform — combining creativity, storytelling, and data-driven precision to elevate VIDA's voice in the world of technology, security, and innovation.
About The Role
You'll be responsible for leading VIDA's social media presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram — developing strategies, producing content, and driving engagement across both enterprise and consumer audiences.
You'll collaborate closely with the in-house creative, copywriting, and video production teams to deliver powerful, insight-led content. You'll also help shape and grow the founder's social presence, positioning VIDA's leadership as a trusted voice in the AI, cybersecurity, and fraud prevention ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with VIDA's marketing and business goals.
- Build and execute a LinkedIn growth strategy targeting enterprise, government, and financial audiences.
- Partner with the VP of Marketing to define objectives, KPIs, and reporting frameworks across all platforms.
- Content Creation & Campaigns
- Lead the end-to-end social content process — from concept and scripting to production and publishing.
- Collaborate with in-house copywriters, designers, and video producers to produce visually compelling, high-impact content.
- Create and manage short-form videos (TikToks, Reels, event highlights, and thought-leadership snippets).
- Plan and execute campaigns that drive awareness and engagement, leveraging platform trends and industry moments.
- Founder & Executive Social Strategy
- Develop and manage the founder's personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Plan and execute a content cadence that balances company storytelling, leadership insights, and authentic founder voice.
- Coordinate founder-related content around speaking events, panels, and product launches.
- Data, Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze performance across channels using data dashboards (LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
- Translate insights into recommendations that continuously improve creative and performance outcomes.
- Manage social media advertising and performance marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Community, Listening & Trends
- Engage with relevant audiences, influencers, and tech communities to grow VIDA's social presence.
- Conduct social listening to track sentiment, competitor activity, and emerging industry topics.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, AI storytelling formats, and B2B engagement tactics to keep VIDA's content cutting-edge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and PR to align messaging for product launches, events, and partnerships.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar and streamline workflows across teams using tools such as Notion, Trello, or Asana.
- Support event coverage, live social posting, and post-event recaps to amplify VIDA's visibility.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing social media for technology, fintech, or enterprise brands.
- Proven track record of creating and launching high-performing TikTok and Instagram campaigns.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn marketing for B2B audiences and thought leadership.
- Strong grasp of short-form video production — comfortable ideating, shooting, and editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
- Experienced in data analysis and dashboard management; able to turn metrics into strategy.
- Familiarity with paid social and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

- Prior work in events or product launches for enterprise audiences.
