Job Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Manage employee data and personnel administration
  • Handle attendance, leave, permits, and employment contracts
  • Prepare monthly payroll, overtime, and THR
  • Manage BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration
  • Support simple recruitment processes (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling)
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees
  • Handle minor employee issues and discipline matters

General Administration:

  • Maintain and organize company documents
  • Manage office supplies and administrative needs
  • Assist in preparing work schedules / shift schedules
  • Provide daily administrative support for store operations

Qualifications
  • Minimum education: High School / Diploma / Bachelor's degree (HR / Administration preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR or Administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and administrative work
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and communicative
  • Able to work independently and responsibly
  • Experience handling production or frontline staff is a plus
