Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Customer Service
who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing an excellent user experience. In this role, you will manage communication between users, partners, and internal teams to ensure every booking runs smoothly from inquiry to confirmation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main communication channel between Swing users and the company (via WhatsApp, email, or social media).
- Handle customer inquiries, assist with bookings, and provide quick, friendly, and solution-oriented responses.
- Manage booking changes such as
reschedules
or
cancellations
according to standard procedures. - Monitor incoming booking data from the system
- Ensure booking details are accurate and confirmed with the sports venue on the play date (via WhatsApp group or partner chat).
- Coordinate with the Operations and Tech teams to synchronize data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain daily reports on booking status, customer issues, and partner feedback.
Qualifications:
- Minimum
1 year of experience
in
Customer Service
or
Operations
, preferably in
hospitality, travel, or sports booking
industries. - Proficient in
Google Sheets
,
Discord
, and
WhatsApp Business
. - Detail-oriented, fast-responding, and comfortable working with integrated data systems.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, solution-driven attitude.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage tasks without constant supervision.
