We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who thrives at the intersection of:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Product design — from user research and journey mapping to wireframing, high fidelity mockups, interactive prototyping, testing, and delivery.
  • Conduct interviews, surveys, and behaviour studies to derive design insights.
  • Analyse product data (heatmaps, funnels, retention metrics etc ) to identify UX problems/insights.
  • Ensure all designs are developer-friendly, providing clear documentation and specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct Usability tests and iterate quickly based on insights.
  • Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and usability best practices throughout the design and development process.

REQUIREMENT

  • 3 yrs of UI/UX design experience.
  • Proficient in English.
  • UIUX certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Figma.
  • Skilled in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usabilitlity testing.
  • Strong experience with responsive web design and component-based systems.
  • Understanding of design systems, scalable UI architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Cross Functional Team.
