Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.50;
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a legal practitioner, with demonstrated capability in managing matters end-to-end and contributing to business growth;
  • Possess a valid PERADI license (mandatory);
  • Strong substantive knowledge and hands-on experience in corporate law, bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment (PKPU), debt restructuring, arbitration, commercial litigation, and dispute resolution, including up-to-date regulatory frameworks;
  • Proven experience in handling and maintaining client relationships, including acting as a primary or key point of contact for clients;
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to the Firm's revenue generation through client retention, cross-selling of legal services, or acquisition of new engagements;
  • Strong leadership capability, including supervising junior lawyers, coordinating legal teams, and ensuring quality control of work products;
  • Excellent analytical, legal research, and drafting skills, with the ability to provide commercially sound legal advice;
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining professional judgment;
  • Possess a strong problem-solving mindset, emotional maturity, business acumen, and forward-thinking personality appropriate for a senior role within the Firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and executing legal advisory and litigation matters, including comprehensive legal research and the drafting, review, and finalization of legal documents, memoranda, opinions, and correspondence, both independently and in support of the Partners;
  • Handling assigned matters with minimal supervision while ensuring legal accuracy, commercial soundness, strategic judgment, and timely delivery of work products;
  • Driving the Firm's business development initiatives by identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with prospective and existing clients, referral sources, and strategic partners, including participation in client pitching and proposal presentations;
  • Acting as a key relationship manager for designated clients by maintaining, expanding, and optimizing client engagements to ensure long-term collaboration, cross-selling opportunities, and sustainable revenue growth;
  • Representing clients, Partners, or the Firm before courts, government institutions, counterparties, and other relevant authorities, as well as in professional, social, corporate, and networking events to enhance the Firm's market presence and reputation;
  • Providing periodic reports and strategic input to the Partners on legal matters and business growth initiatives, while contributing to the Firm's publications, legal insights, and thought leadership to strengthen branding and market positioning.
