Job Description

  1. Monitor and ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
  2. Conduct regular site inspections, safety briefings, and toolbox meetings to promote safety awareness among all workers.
  3. Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures to reduce risks on site.
  4. Investigate accidents or near-miss incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
  5. Maintain and update HSE documentation, including work permits, checklists, and safety records.
  6. Support the development and implementation of project-specific HSE plans and procedures.
  7. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients regarding safety compliance and reporting.
  8. Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and enforce site safety rules.
  9. Provide training or safety inductions for new employees and subcontractors when required.

Requirement

  1. Min D3/S1 from Public Health
  2. Preferable having certificate K3
  3. Having good knowledge in safety regulation
  4. Domiciled in JABODETABEK
  5. Able to work in a team and to meet tight deadlines
  6. Proactive in resolving technical & coordination issues and able to work under tight deadlines.
  7. Proven high Computer skills.
