Working within our function departments, you would be supporting all of our businesses.

Responsibility :

  1. Coordinating with service at branch offices in performing service hygiene and pest control work

  2. Receiving customer complaints and informing the complaint to the service team at the branch for follow-up and treatment / inspection

  3. Assisting the sales team in presenting product introduction and pest awareness to customers

  4. Assist the sales team in making service / treatment work schedules and monitoring actual treatment to customers

  5. Assist the service team in conducting inspections and making work reports requested by customers

  6. Attend coordination meetings that discuss the progress of work requested by customers

  7. Assisting the administration team to collect evidence of service (docket) which has been done by the service team at the branch

  8. Assist regional NKAs to carry out surveys and cooperate with branches for the implementation of work

  9. Ensure that regional NKA customers receive service quality according to standards

  10. Assist regional NKA customers in facing food safety audits

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree from Biology, Entomology, Kesehatan Masyarakat or Agriculture
  2. Fresh graduates or 1 year of experience
  3. Active in English
  4. Excellent in microsoft excell
  5. Having driving license
  6. Having knowledge about pest control
  7. Having leadership, communication and presentation skill
  8. Experience to operating computer especially Microsoft Excel
  9. Temporary for maternity leave only
