Role Description

This role supports the Service team by collecting and cleaning data from various sources, processing and visualizing it into clear reports, and analyzing trends related to service performance and customer satisfaction. It also assists in small research or exploratory data projects, collaborates with the Service team to identify insight needs, and provides recommendations based on the findings.

Qualifications

  • Final year student
    in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Comfortable using
    Google Sheets / Excel
    (formulas, pivots, basic charts).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Canva charts) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
  • Naturally curious and enjoys exploring patterns or doing mini research.
  • Proactive, open-minded, and eager to grow in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta and willing to work in a hybrid setting.
