We are looking for a dedicated System Analyst to join our team at Tamtech International and contribute to the development and enhancement of our Hospital Management System (SIM-RS). In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, transforming them into detailed technical specifications, and ensuring the successful integration and deployment of our system. You will collaborate closely with a multi-functional team, including product, developers, QA, and business stakeholders, to deliver a scalable, reliable, and efficient solution that meets our clients' needs.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role
  • Deep understanding of SDLC and business analysis, with proven skills in system modeling, design, data modeling, and requirements analysis
  • Proficient in creating UML diagrams, flowcharts, and business process diagrams, and experienced with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
  • Solid knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data structures, along with familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities
  • Fully able to work onsite at the Tamtech International office.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into comprehensive technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain detailed system specification documents
  • Collaborate with product, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of system enhancements
  • Assist in system testing and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation

Additional Experience (Plus):

  • Experience with the implementation of Hospital Information Systems, EMR, or EHR
  • Familiarity with hospital system modules such as SIMRS, RIS, LIS, PACS, etc.
  • Experience in migrating data from legacy systems to new platforms
  • Knowledge of integrating with medical devices
  • Experience in training users on healthcare system applications
  • Background or experience in the healthcare industry
