We're
urgently looking for an HR Staff
to join our team This role is perfect for someone with experience in HR, especially in handling BPJS (SIPP Online & Edabu), payroll, and employee administration. We need someone who's detail-oriented, willing to learn, and enjoys working with a team.

Kuningan, South Jakarta

Requirements – HR Staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field).
  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in
    Human Resources
    , preferably as an
    HR Generalist
    or
    HR Administrator
    .
  • Based in Jakarta
  • Detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain employee data and personnel files accurately and confidentially.
  • Handle BPJS administration, including
    BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP Online)
    and
    BPJS Kesehatan (Edabu)
    registrations, updates, and monthly reporting.
  • Prepare and process
    monthly payroll
    , including salary, overtime, deductions, benefits, and taxes (PPH21).
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment documents.
  • Assist in monitoring employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
  • Ensure compliance with
    Indonesian labor regulations
    and internal company policies.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required by management.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, events, and other operational needs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and employee relations.
