About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level Legal Analyst to strengthen our legal research and knowledge capabilities. This role is designed for someone with a solid foundation in law and hands-on experience in legal research, who is ready to operate with greater independence, judgment, and ownership.

You will work closely with Partners and Associates to deliver high-quality legal research, insights, and analysis that directly support client matters, strategic advice, and thought leadership.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and conduct advanced legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and legal trends across multiple practice areas
  • Analyze complex legal issues and translate them into clear, actionable legal insights
  • Review and validate legal arguments, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong legal grounding
  • Build and maintain internal legal knowledge resources and research templates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Associates, Knowledge Management, and Business Development teams when needed
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. / S.H.)
  • 3–6 years of experience in legal research, legal analysis, or similar roles (law firm, in-house, or consulting background preferred)
  • Strong command of legal research methodologies and legal writing
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple research priorities
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Clear, concise, and professional writing style
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, modern law firm environment
