Job Description – Unit Head / Shift Leader Production
1. Overview

Unit Head/Shift Leader Production bertanggung jawab memimpin operasional produksi dalam satu shift untuk memastikan proses berjalan lancar, efisien, aman, dan sesuai standar kualitas perusahaan.


2. Key Responsibilities

a. Production Management

  • Mengatur dan memastikan kegiatan produksi berjalan sesuai rencana dan target harian.
  • Memantau penggunaan mesin, peralatan, dan bahan baku agar efektif dan efisien.
  • Menangani kendala operasional dan melakukan penanganan awal terhadap masalah produksi.

b. Team Leadership

  • Memimpin dan mengoordinasikan tim operator dalam satu shift.
  • Membagi tugas, memberikan arahan, serta memantau kinerja tim.
  • Mendukung proses pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan bagi operator baru maupun existing.

c. Quality & Food Safety Compliance

  • Memastikan seluruh proses produksi mengikuti SOP, GMP, HACCP, dan standar internal perusahaan.
  • Melakukan pemeriksaan kualitas hasil produksi dan memastikan tidak ada penyimpangan.
  • Mengambil tindakan korektif apabila ditemukan ketidaksesuaian proses atau produk.

d. Safety & Workplace Discipline

  • Memastikan implementasi K3 dan 5R/5S di area produksi.
  • Mengawasi kepatuhan penggunaan APD dan prosedur keselamatan kerja.
  • Menjaga kondisi area kerja tetap bersih, aman, dan tertib.

e. Reporting & Documentation

  • Menyusun laporan produksi harian terkait output, downtime, penggunaan material, serta manpower.
  • Melaporkan isu produksi dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan kepada atasan.

f. Continuous Improvement

  • Mengidentifikasi area yang memiliki potensi peningkatan efisiensi dan pengurangan waste.
  • Mendukung implementasi tools improvement seperti 5 Why, Kaizen, dan 5S.

3. Qualifications
  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Industri, Teknologi Pangan, Teknik Mesin, atau bidang relevan.
  • Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun dalam operasional produksi, diutamakan industri makanan/minuman/FMCG.
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership, koordinasi, komunikasi, dan problem-solving yang baik.
  • Memahami prinsip GMP, HACCP, serta standar kualitas dan keamanan pangan.
  • Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift.
