About the role

At PT Makmur Sistimindo Perkasa, we are seeking a talented Architect to join our dynamic team in our South Jakarta office. As an Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the built environment, contributing to the company's strategic objectives and delivering exceptional design solutions. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from conceptual design to project completion.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and functional design concepts
  2. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications adhering to relevant building codes and regulations
  3. Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and provide design recommendations
  4. Oversee the implementation of designs, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
  5. Engage in the procurement of materials and services, managing subcontractors and vendors
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and industry best practices
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the design and construction phases

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Architecture or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in a similar role
  3. Proficient in using architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
  4. Strong technical skills in areas such as structural design, building systems, and construction methods
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  7. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and construction practices
