Area Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all branch operations within the assigned area.
- Responsible for achieving branch sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead, develop, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure target achievement.
- Ensure effective and efficient management of accounts receivable (AR), store billing, and inventory control.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and enhance customer engagement.
- Improve customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position; experience in Building Materials Distribution or FMCG is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve continuous performance improvement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in computer usage, especially Microsoft Office.
- Hold a valid car driving license (SIM A).
- Proficiency in Mandarin or English is a plus.
- Familiar with the Makassar area and surrounding regions.
