Job Requirements :

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, IFRS, Antasena, SLIK, GoAML, dan local compliance requirements (misalnya OJK – Indonesia).
  • Experience bekerja dengan Regulatory Reporting systems serta pemahaman yang solid tentang banking operations.
  • Skilled dalam data validation dan reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL untuk data querying dan manipulation menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Pengetahuan tentang Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), termasuk project management, testing, documentation, dan data mapping.
  • Mampu menjadi penghubung antara business users dan technical teams dalam peran Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, atau System Analyst.

Job Description :

  • Memastikan kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap berbagai regulatory frameworks (Basel III, IFRS, Antasena, SLIK, GoAML, OJK, dll).
  • Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan Regulatory Reporting systems untuk mendukung kebutuhan internal dan eksternal.
  • Melakukan data validation dan reconciliation guna menjamin keakuratan laporan serta integritas data.
  • Membuat dan menjalankan SQL queries untuk analisis data, pelaporan, serta mendukung kebutuhan operasional bisnis.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim project dalam seluruh siklus SDLC mulai dari requirement gathering, testing, dokumentasi, hingga data mapping.
  • Bertindak sebagai jembatan komunikasi antara stakeholders bisnis dan tim teknis untuk memastikan solusi yang dihasilkan sesuai kebutuhan bisnis serta regulasi.
  • Memberikan insight dan rekomendasi berbasis data untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen.
