What will you be doing?

As a Senior Data Analyst you'll build the products & system that serve our members and run our company. Besides writing, reviewing, and shipping code, you will collaborate deeply with others across the company, more details are:

Principal Accountabilities

  • Analyze large datasets to generate insights across product usage, funnels, cohorts, and credit risk performance; build/maintain dashboards and automated reports.
  • Write clean, optimized SQL for deep dives on user behaviour, loan performance, delinquency trends, and unit economics.
  • Drive product analytics by evaluating feature adoption, conversion funnels, A/B tests, and leveraging CDP data (e.g., user events, segmentation, journeys) for deeper insights.
  • Support credit risk by tracking NPL/PAR/DPD metrics, repayment behaviour, segmentation, and improving underwriting rules.
  • Conduct scenario modelling, forecasting, and business performance analysis for leadership decision-making.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Automate reporting infrastructure with batch processing, job-scheduling and API development
  • Maintain and improve data quality through testing, tooling and continuous evaluation of performance

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

  • Expertise in SQL, Tableau & Python
  • Previous experience with ETL, integration, and/or data streaming is good to have
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Banking/Financial Service or startup environment
  • Fluent in English
