OPERATIONAL

Mengawasi dan mengelola seluruh proses operasional perjalanan (domestik & internasional) mulai dari perencanaan hingga pelaksanaan.

Mengatur koordinasi itinerary, booking tiket, hotel, transportasi, dan kebutuhan perjalanan lainnya.

Memastikan kelancaran operasional harian dan pelayanan kepada pelanggan sesuai standar perusahaan.

Menangani permasalahan yang terjadi selama perjalanan dan memberikan solusi yang cepat dan tepat.

Mengawasi kinerja tim operation dan memberikan arahan serta pembinaan.

PENGEMBANGAN PRODUK

Merancang dan mengembangkan produk tour baru yang kreatif, kompetitif, dan sesuai tren pasar.

Melakukan riset destinasi, harga, dan tren wisata untuk memastikan produk relevan dan menarik.

Menentukan itinerary, aktivitas, dan pengalaman yang akan ditawarkan dalam paket perjalanan.

Bernegosiasi dengan vendor (maskapai, hotel, transportasi, restoran) untuk mendapatkan harga dan layanan terbaik.

Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing & sales untuk menyusun materi promosi produk.

Melakukan evaluasi produk secara berkala dan memberikan inovasi untuk peningkatan layanan.

KUALIFIKASI

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Pariwisata, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait).

Pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun di industri tour & travel, khususnya di bidang operation dan/atau product development.

Memahami proses operasional perjalanan, ticketing, reservasi, dan pengembangan paket tour.

Memiliki kemampuan riset pasar dan analisa harga.

Mampu bekerja sama lintas departemen (operation, marketing, sales).

Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, negosiasi, dan problem solving yang baik.

Menguasai sistem booking dan Microsoft Office.

Fasih berbahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah.
