Job Description
We are seeking an organized and efficient Account Payable & General Cashier to join our team in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes and performing general cashier duties, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth cash flow operations for our organization.

  • Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
  • Reconcile vendor statements and handle vendor inquiries
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and check payments
  • Manage petty cash and perform daily cash counts
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures
  • Generate and analyze accounts payable reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable and cashier roles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong mathematical abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Additional certifications in accounting or bookkeeping (preferred)
