Bergabunglah dengan tim kami di PT Dana Purna Investama' sebagai QC MEP BUILDING. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan memainkan peran kunci dalam memastikan kualitas dan integritas atas konstruksi proyek-proyek bangunan di Jakarta.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Melakukan pemeriksaan dan inspeksi terhadap pemasangan komponen-komponen sistem mekanikal, elektrikal, dan perpipaan (MEP) di dalam proyek konstruksi gedung.
  • Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis masalah terkait kualitas serta mengambil tindakan korektif yang diperlukan.
  • Menyiapkan dan mendokumentasikan laporan hasil inspeksi secara akurat dan tepat waktu.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim proyek lainnya untuk memastikan kesesuaian pelaksanaan konstruksi dengan standar, spesifikasi, dan peraturan yang berlaku.
  • Memberikan saran dan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan proses konstruksi dan kualitas.
  • Memantau kepatuhan terhadap prosedur keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di proyek.

Persyaratan

  • Memiliki gelar Diploma/Sarjana dalam bidang Teknik Sipil, Teknik Mesin, atau Teknik Elektro.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai QC atau inspector di proyek-proyek konstruksi gedung.
  • Memahami dengan baik spesifikasi, standar, dan peraturan terkait konstruksi MEP.
  • Terampil dalam membaca dan menganalisis gambar teknis, dokumentasi proyek, dan laporan inspeksi.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik secara lisan maupun tertulis.
  • Familiar dengan penggunaan perangkat lunak terkait QC seperti Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, dan aplikasi inspeksi lapangan.
  • Bersedia bekerja di bawah tekanan dan memenuhi tenggat waktu yang ketat.
