Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support in data analysis and report generation processes

  2. Work closely with business teams to identify reporting needs and compensation calculation reporting methods. 3. Coordinate and execute the production of sales data achievement reports with stakeholders

  3. Develop, deploy, and maintain data dashboards to monitor account performance and efficiency metrics

  4. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and special projects

  5. Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence information and data before including it in reports

  6. Assist in documenting and tracking report revisions and changes.

  7. Handling some administrative support

Essential Experience / Criteria:

  1. Have at least a Bachelor's degree in computer science/information science, engineering, statistics, business, management, math, and other related fields.

  2. Should have at least 1 years of experience in the data analysis or reporting or business intelligence or data science field; fresh graduate with Fast Learner skills welcome to apply

Problem Solver with Structured Thinking

  1. Familiar with MS.Excel & GSpreadsheet, Big Data calculation, advanced SQL

  2. Familiarity with Metabase, PowerBI, Bigquery, and Python will be a major plus

  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and data sets.

  4. Adaptive, Good Resilience and have fighting spirit

  5. Well Administrative and Comfortable working with both data and people

  6. Familiar with fast paced environment and B2B Process
