About the team:

The Partner Acquisition 4W team is responsible for onboarding and managing four-wheel driver-partners across Indonesia. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and efficient acquisition process while maintaining high-quality standards.

We collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support our mission of empowering communities through mobility.

About the Assignment:

This assignment focuses on improving our four-wheeled driver-partner acquisition efforts in key cities across Medan and the surrounding areas. This role involves optimizing processes, interacting with potential partners, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on the growth and engagement of the company community.

The Core Objectives:

  1. Increase the number of onboarded four-wheel driver-partners by 20% within the assignment period.

  2. Streamline the acquisition process to reduce onboarding time by 15%.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new strategies for partner engagement and retention.

Essential Experience / Criteria:

  1. Proven experience in acquisitions, sales, marketing

  2. Good communication and data management skills.

  3. Proficiency in MS Office.

  4. Min education: Diploma

Desirable Experience / Criteria:

  1. Familiarity with the Indonesian rental market and local regulations related to vehicle rentals.

  2. Ability to speak multiple languages, including Bahasa Indonesia and English, to effectively communicate with

diverse stakeholders.

  1. Ability to create sales videos

Compensation, Benefit & Facilities:

Gross Basic Salary : 4,014,072
