To strengthen our delivery leadership on ongoing transformation programs, we are opening opportunities for top tier professionals to join as Strategic Technology Transformation Leader, driving enterprise scale, full cycle digital transformation from strategic visioning, future state architecture, and portfolio design to governed execution and implementation excellence.

In this role, you will orchestrate multi-initiative programs, leading governance, risk, architecture alignment, and delivery assurance across complex IT transformations in close collaboration with client executives (Steering Committee level).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-workstream transformation across pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation phases
  • Drive program governance, quality assurance, issue & risk management
  • Guide strategic alignment of business IT, enterprise architecture, data, and cybersecurity
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across C-level, regulators, and strategic partners
  • Ensure outcomes are compliant, value driven, and audit ready
  • Facilitate decision making with executive communication, dashboards, and insights

What We're Looking For:

  • Min. 8–12 years' experience in management consulting or enterprise level IT transformation
  • Strong exposure in modernization/transformation for government, regulators, or BUMN
  • Proven leadership in managing teams above 3 workstreams
  • Expertise in at least one area: IT governance, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, ERP/IT implementation, data strategy, cybersecurity
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English
