Koding Next Bandung
is seeking a passionate and creative Offline Marketing to develop and execute impactful offline marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, business growth within the Bandung region. You will be responsible for planning and implementing a range of offline activities, from events and partnerships to local promotions and community engagement initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of the local market, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

a. Develop and Implement Offline Marketing Strategies:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging offline marketing campaigns and activities tailored to our target audience and business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate participation in local events, trade shows, workshops, and community initiatives to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of offline marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, promotional items) ensuring brand consistency.
  • Explore and implement innovative offline marketing tactics relevant to the local market in Bandung.

b. Build and Manage B2B Partnerships:

  • Identify, research, and prioritize potential strategic business partners that align with our goals.
  • Initiate and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders at target organizations.
  • Develop and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements and collaborations.
  • Manage and maintain ongoing communication and engagement with existing partners.
  • Explore co-marketing opportunities and joint initiatives to expand reach and generate new business.

c. Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the sales team to align offline marketing efforts and partnership activities with sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the online marketing team to ensure integrated and consistent marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., product, customer service) to support partnership initiatives.

d. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns and partnership activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide insights for optimization.
  • Measure the ROI of offline marketing initiatives and partnership agreements.

e. Budget Management:

  • Manage the budget allocated for offline marketing activities and partnership initiatives effectively.
  • Ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns and partnership agreements.

f. Market Awareness:

  • Stay up-to-date on local market trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities in Bandung and the surrounding region.

What We're Looking For:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.



Must have
proven experience min. 1 year in an offline marketing role, with demonstrable experience in event planning and execution.


• Experience in developing and managing B2B partnerships is highly desirable.


• Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels and their application in the Indonesian market, particularly in Bandung.


• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.


• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.


• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop engaging offline experiences and partnership solutions.


• Analytical skills to track performance and identify areas for improvement.


• Familiarity with the local business landscape in Bandung and West Java is a significant advantage.


• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).


• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.


• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
