What you will do:

  1. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK/PSAK).
  2. Manage full-cycle accounting processes including journal entries, general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliations.
  3. Ensure timely submission of financial reports to regulatory bodies such as BAPPEBTI, OJK, KBI, and other relevant authorities.
  4. Coordinate and support annual audits, liaising with external auditors and internal departments to provide required documentation.
  5. Ensure tax compliance including monthly and annual tax reporting (PPH, PPN, and other relevant Indonesian/International taxes).
  6. Monitor and evaluate internal control systems; propose and implement improvements.
  7. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  8. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  9. Support finance-related projects and management reporting as needed.

What you will need:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable institution.
  2. Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and familiarity with IFRS.
  3. Minimum 4 years of experience in financial closing, reporting, consolidation, and financial systems enhancement.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
  6. Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated in a dynamic work environment.
  7. Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as OJK and Bappebti is a plus.
  8. Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus.
  9. Financial services industry experience is a plus.
  10. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
