As a Legal Supervisor, you will be responsible for handling and managing legal activities to ensure all company operations, transactions, and documentation comply with applicable laws and regulations. You'll also provide legal support to management and other departments to protect the company's interests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and manage agreements and legal documents in line with company policies and Indonesian regulations.
  • Prepare and submit mandatory government reports (e.g., Siinas and LKPM).
  • Provide legal training and guidance to internal teams regarding compliance and company regulations.
  • Prepare and manage Masterlist applications for import duty exemptions on machinery and capital goods.
  • Support case handling and resolution for legal issues involving the company (civil, criminal, and administrative).
  • Coordinate with government institutions, notaries, legal consultants, and external parties as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Legal Supervisor / Legal Staff / Legal Analyst).
  • Strong understanding of corporate and business law, contract drafting, and compliance.
  • Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
  • High integrity, initiative, and strong teamwork spirit.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills (internal & external).
